Our Priorities

Individualized Teaching

Our teachers recognize areas where children excel and will provide positive re-enforcement for these accomplishments. Just as important teachers will also address areas where children may need more attention. One-on-one guidance will be given and the child can be paired with a peer who is strong in the area.

Parent Participation

We expect our families to participate and volunteer at the center whenever they can. Opportunities to assist in the classrooms, chaperone field trips, and attend Little Lync events events when required.

Mixed-Aged Classrooms

Mixed-aged groupings can provide enriched opportunities to give and receive nurturance and support, regardless of whether the child is younger or older. It has many advantages; helps create a classroom community atmosphere, builds social skills (individuals are less likely to be isolated), encourages working cooperatively, provides opportunities for leadership, and promotes intellectual and academic development.
